Best oil to use for a Ford Puma

I recently bought a used Ford Puma and I want to make sure I'm using the best oil possible for my car. What type of oil should I be using and how often should I be changing it? Any other tips for keeping my Puma running smoothly?

For your Ford Puma, it's best to use synthetic oil with a viscosity of 5W-30. Make sure to change your oil every 5,000-7,500 miles depending on your driving habits. Also, regular maintenance and checking your oil levels will help keep your Puma running smoothly.

I have been using conventional oil in my Ford Puma for years and I haven't had any issues. As long as you change your oil every 3,000 miles and keep up with regular maintenance, your Puma should run just fine.

If you really want to keep your Ford Puma in tip-top shape, consider switching to high mileage oil when your car hits 75,000 miles. It's specially formulated to help with engine wear and tear and can extend the life of your Puma.
