How do I know when to change the transmission fluid in my Ford EcoSport?

I recently purchased a used Ford EcoSport and I'm not sure when the previous owner changed the transmission fluid. How do I know when it's time for me to change it? Is there a recommended mileage or time interval?

Hi Ashley, it is recommended to change your transmission fluid every 30,000-60,000 miles depending on your driving habits and the condition of your fluid. If you notice any change in the color or smell of your transmission fluid, it's also a good idea to change it.

Hey Ashley, it's always best to consult your owner's manual for the recommended maintenance schedule for your specific EcoSport model. If you do a lot of stop-and-go driving, towing, or live in a hot climate, you may need to change the fluid more frequently.

Hi Ashley, it's important to change your transmission fluid to ensure proper operation and longevity of your vehicle. Neglecting regular fluid changes can lead to more serious and expensive transmission issues down the road.
