How does the Ford Fiesta's AdvanceTrac system work?

I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta and I noticed it has an AdvanceTrac system. Can someone explain how it works and how it benefits my driving experience?

Hi Emily, the AdvanceTrac system is Ford's electronic stability control system. It uses sensors to detect wheel slip and applies individual brakes to help you maintain control of your vehicle. It also has a feature called AdvanceTrac with Roll Stability Control which helps prevent rollovers. It's a great system to have for added safety on the road.

Hey Emily, I've had a Ford Fiesta with the AdvanceTrac system for a few years now and I can say it really comes in handy during slippery conditions. I live in an area with a lot of snow and the AdvanceTrac system has helped me maintain control of my car on many occasions. It's definitely worth having.

Hi Emily, the AdvanceTrac system is also equipped with traction control which helps you maintain grip on the road during acceleration. So if you find yourself in a situation where your wheels are spinning, the AdvanceTrac system will kick in and help you gain traction. It's a smart safety feature that comes standard on most Ford vehicles.
