Firstly, make sure your coolant levels are topped up and there are no leaks in the system. Also, check your radiator and fan for any clogs or damage. In addition, consider getting a higher quality coolant to handle hot temperatures better.

One common cause of overheating in Ford Mondeos is a faulty thermostat. It's recommended to replace it every 5-6 years. Also, consider getting a more efficient radiator and regularly clean your air filters to ensure proper air flow.

If the previous solutions don't seem to work, it could be an issue with the water pump. This part is responsible for circulating the coolant and should be checked if everything else seems to be in order.
