Hi Jessica, engine misfires on a Ford Ranger can be caused by a variety of issues including bad spark plugs, clogged fuel injectors, or a faulty ignition coil. It's best to start by checking these components and replacing them if necessary. You may also want to run a diagnostic scan to see if any error codes are present. Hope this helps!

Hey Jessica, I had a similar issue with my Ford Ranger and it turned out to be a faulty oxygen sensor. I would recommend getting that checked as well. Good luck!

Hi Jessica, make sure to also check your fuel filter. A clogged fuel filter can cause engine misfires as well. Hope you're able to fix the issue soon!
