What is the best engine oil recommended for a Ford Transit Custom?

I just bought a Ford Transit Custom and I want to make sure I use the best engine oil for my vehicle. Can anyone recommend the most suitable engine oil for this model?

I've been using Mobil 1 Synthetic Oil in my Ford Transit Custom for years and have never had any issues. It's worth the extra cost for the added protection.

I personally use Castrol Edge Full Synthetic in my Ford Transit Custom and have been very satisfied with its performance. It's a bit more affordable than Mobil 1 but still provides excellent protection.
