What is the best motor oil to use in a Ford Focus?

I am planning to do an oil change on my Ford Focus and I am not sure what type of motor oil to use. Can you recommend a specific brand and viscosity that would be best for my car?

I've been using synthetic oil from the dealership for my Ford Focus and haven't had any issues. Synthetic oil typically lasts longer and has better performance, but it can be more expensive. I would also recommend using a 5W-30 viscosity as recommended by Ford.

I've had great experiences using Mobil 1 synthetic oil in my Ford Focus. It provides excellent protection and improved fuel economy. I also use a 5W-30 viscosity for my car.
