What recommended oil should I use for my Ford Kuga?

I recently bought a Ford Kuga and I want to ensure that I am using the best oil for my car's engine. I've heard recommendations for both synthetic and conventional oil, but I'm not sure which one is best. Can anyone offer some advice?

Hi Samantha, congratulations on your new Ford Kuga! For optimal performance and engine protection, Ford recommends using synthetic oil with a viscosity of 5W-30 for both the EcoBoost and diesel engines. This type of oil is able to withstand higher temperatures and provides better lubrication, resulting in improved fuel economy and engine longevity.

Hello Samantha, I would also recommend using synthetic oil for your Ford Kuga. As John mentioned, it offers better protection and performance than conventional oil. Additionally, it is worth investing in a high-quality oil filter to help prolong the life of your engine.
