What's the difference between a Ford Ranger and a Ford F-150?

I'm in the market for a new pickup truck and I'm torn between the Ford Ranger and the Ford F-150. Both seem like great options, but I'm not sure which one would be best for me. Can someone explain the key differences between these two vehicles?
