Which engine is more reliable for a Ford S-Max?

I'm considering purchasing a Ford S-Max but I'm not sure which engine option is more reliable. I've heard mixed reviews about the efficiency and durability of both the 1.5L EcoBoost and 2.0L EcoBlue diesel engines. Can anyone provide some insight and personal experience with these engines? I have a Ford S-Max with the 1.5L EcoBoost engine and I have had no issues with it. It has great fuel efficiency and plenty of power for city driving. In my opinion, it's a reliable choice.

I've had some trouble with the 2.0L EcoBlue diesel engine in my Ford S-Max. It's had some unexpected breakdowns and it's not as fuel efficient as I thought it would be. I would recommend the 1.5L EcoBoost instead.
