Which is better, the Ford Ranger or the Ford F-150?

I'm trying to decide between buying a Ford Ranger or a Ford F-150. I keep going back and forth because the Ranger is more affordable and has better fuel efficiency, but the F-150 has more power and a larger bed. Can someone give me some insight into which one would be a better choice for me?
