Why does my Ford Galaxy make strange noises when I accelerate?

I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Galaxy and have noticed that it makes strange noises whenever I accelerate. It almost sounds like a whirring or grinding sound. Can anyone explain why this is happening and if it's something I should be concerned about?

Hi Alicia, it's possible that your Ford Galaxy's transmission might be the issue. It could be due to low transmission fluid or worn out parts. It's best to bring your car to a certified mechanic for a proper diagnosis and repair.

I had a similar issue with my Ford Galaxy and it turned out to be a problem with the exhaust system. The noise was caused by a leak in the exhaust pipes. It's a good idea to get your exhaust system checked by a mechanic to avoid any potential issues.

Have you recently changed your car's oil? Sometimes using the wrong type of oil can cause strange noises in the car. Make sure you are using the recommended oil for your Ford Galaxy and see if that helps with the noise.
