Why is my Ford Kuga engine making a rattling noise?

I recently noticed that my Ford Kuga's engine is making an unusual rattling noise. It only happens when I accelerate, and it seems to be coming from the engine compartment. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

The rattling noise could be due to a loose or damaged component in the engine, such as a belt or pulley. I recommend taking it to a mechanic for a thorough inspection and repair.

It's possible that the noise is coming from the exhaust system. You may want to have the exhaust inspected and repaired if necessary.

If your Kuga is a diesel model, the noise could be caused by injector issues. It's best to have a trained technician look at it to properly diagnose and fix the issue.
