Why is my Ford Kuga making a strange noise when I drive?

Recently, my 2018 Ford Kuga has been making a strange grinding noise whenever I accelerate. It seems to be coming from the front of the car and I'm worried it could be a serious issue. Has anyone experienced something similar and found a solution?

Hi Jessica, I had a similar issue with my Ford Kuga and it turned out to be a problem with the brake pads. I would recommend getting it checked out by a certified mechanic.

Hey Jessica, it could be an issue with the transmission. My Kuga was making a similar noise and it ended up being a faulty transmission solenoid. Definitely get it checked out as soon as possible.

Jessica, have you noticed if the noise happens when you turn the steering wheel? If so, it could be an issue with the power steering pump. I had to get mine replaced on my Kuga.
