There could be a few possible reasons for your Ford Transit Custom leaking engine oil. First, check the oil level and make sure it is not overfilled. If it is, it can cause the excess oil to leak. Next, check the engine oil drain plug and oil filter for any leaks or cracks. If you notice any damage, it will need to be replaced. It is also possible that the oil pan gasket or valve cover gaskets are worn out and need to be replaced. If you are not comfortable making these repairs yourself, it is best to take your Ford to a mechanic.

I had the same issue with my Ford Transit Custom and it turned out to be a faulty oil drain plug. It is a relatively easy and inexpensive fix. I would suggest checking this first before replacing any other parts.
