How do I check the engine oil level on my Ford Mondeo?

I just bought a used Ford Mondeo and I want to make sure the engine has enough oil before I start driving it regularly. I'm not very familiar with cars so I'm not sure where to start. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Liam, congratulations on your new car! To check the engine oil level on your Ford Mondeo, first make sure the car is on a flat surface and the engine is cool. Then locate the oil dipstick, usually found near the front of the engine. Pull out the dipstick and wipe it clean with a rag. Reinsert the dipstick all the way and pull it out again to check the oil level. The oil should be between the two markers on the dipstick. If it's below the lower marker, you'll need to add more oil. I hope this helps!

Hey Liam, you can also check your car's user manual for specific instructions on checking the engine oil level for your Ford Mondeo. It's always good to keep a manual in your car, just in case you need to refer to it for any other maintenance tasks. Happy driving!

Hi Liam, checking your engine oil level regularly is important for maintaining the health of your car's engine. Make sure to check it at least once a month and top up if needed. Safe driving!
