I'm not very experienced with car maintenance and I'm wondering how to properly change the oil in my Ford Kuga. What steps should I follow and what kind of oil should I use?
ReplyFirst, make sure your car is parked on a level surface and the engine is cool. Locate the oil filter and drain plug under the car and place a pan under them. Unscrew the oil filter and drain plug to let the old oil drain out. Once it's done, replace the drain plug and add new oil according to your car's manual.
I would recommend using synthetic oil for your Ford Kuga as it offers better performance and engine protection. Be sure to also check the oil level regularly and replace the oil every 5,000-7,000 miles.
