What kind of oil should I use for my Ford Kuga?

I just bought a used Ford Kuga and I'm not sure what kind of oil it needs. How do I find out? And is there a specific type of oil I should use for a Ford car?

Hi Samantha, congratulations on your new car! According to Ford's official website, the recommended oil for your Ford Kuga is Motorcraft SAE 5W-30 Synthetic Blend Motor Oil. It's always best to stick with the recommended oil for your car to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Hope this helps!

Hey Samantha, I have a Ford Focus and I've been using Mobil 1 Full Synthetic Motor Oil for years. It's a bit more expensive, but I find that it really helps with engine performance. Just make sure you use oil that meets the recommended specifications for your Ford Kuga. Best of luck!

Hey there! I've been a mechanic for over 10 years and I can tell you that any high-quality, fully synthetic motor oil with a weight of 5W-30 will work just fine for your Ford Kuga. Just make sure to follow the recommended oil change intervals for your specific model and you'll be good to go. Best of luck!
