Why are my Ford Kuga's brakes squealing?

I recently noticed that my Ford Kuga's brakes are making a high-pitched squealing noise when I use them. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

One possible cause of squealing brakes is worn brake pads. I would recommend taking your Ford Kuga to a trusted mechanic to have them checked and replaced if necessary.

Another cause could be dirt or debris on the brake rotors. Try cleaning them with a brake cleaner spray, but if the noise persists, it's best to have a professional take a look.

Some aftermarket brake pads may also be prone to squealing. If you recently had your brakes replaced, consider switching to a different brand or speaking to your mechanic about alternative options.
