Why is my Ford Focus overheating after driving for a short period of time?

I have a 2009 Ford Focus and recently, after driving for about 10-15 minutes, the temperature gauge starts to rise and the car overheats. I checked the coolant levels and they seem fine. What could be causing this issue?

It sounds like you may have a problem with your radiator. It could be clogged or leaking, which would cause your car to overheat. I recommend taking it to a mechanic to have it checked out.

Have you checked your water pump? If it's not functioning properly, it could cause your car to overheat. It's a relatively easy and affordable fix.
