Why is my Ford Kuga making a strange noise while turning?

I recently purchased a Ford Kuga and I've noticed that it makes a weird noise when I turn the steering wheel. It's not a grinding noise, but more of a creaking sound. Should I be concerned about this? What could be the cause of this noise and how can I fix it?

It's always a good idea to get any strange noises in your car checked out, especially if you just purchased it. The cause of the noise could be a number of things, such as worn out suspension components or a loose steering column. I recommend taking it to a trusted mechanic to get it diagnosed and fixed before the issue gets worse.

I had the same issue with my Ford Kuga and it turned out to be a faulty power steering pump. I would suggest taking it to a Ford dealership since this could potentially be covered under warranty. Better safe than sorry!

My friend had a similar issue with her Ford Kuga and it ended up being a loose belt causing the noise. This is a quick and easy fix that you can do yourself. Just make sure to check the belt tension and tighten it if necessary.
