I noticed that my Ford Transit Custom engine has been making a clicking noise when I start it up. Should I be concerned about this noise? What could be causing it and how can I fix it?
ReplyThe clicking noise could be a sign of a damaged valve or a loose part in the engine. I recommend checking the valve clearances and inspecting the engine for any loose components.
It's possible that the clicking noise is coming from the starter motor. Make sure it is securely fastened and not loose. If the noise persists, it may need to be replaced.
