Which engine size is best for a Ford Mondeo?

I'm looking to buy a Ford Mondeo, but I can't decide on which engine size to go for. What are the advantages and disadvantages of each engine size and which would you recommend for daily city driving?

In my experience, the 1.5L engine is great for city driving as it offers good fuel efficiency. However, if you frequently drive on highways or have a heavier load, I would recommend going for the 2L engine as it provides more power.

I have the 2.0L engine in my Ford Mondeo and I love it. It has enough power for daily driving and can handle long distances without any issues. Plus, the added bonus of the extra power is always nice to have.
